The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside/quash the entire proceeding of charge sheet no. 01 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018 in Special Trial No. 406 of 2018, Case Crime No. 0364/2016,u/s 147/148/452/504/323/325 I.P.C. and 3(1)(Da) and 3(1) (Dha) SC/ST Act, P.S. Para, District Lucknow styled as State Vs. Talib and others, pending before learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Lucknow, as contained in Annexure no.1 to this application, during the pendency of this application."
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicants argues that a suitable direction be issued to the court below for consideration of the bail application in accordance with law.
Considering the specific submission made at the Bar,the present application is disposed off with direction that in case the applicants file the bail application, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law with all expedition after taking into consideration the judgments that the applicants may choose to rely upon including judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. - Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 5191 of 2021 Dated 07.10.2021.
