1. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the charge-sheet No.127 of 2017 filed on 20.11.2017 in Case Crime No.183 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC, 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Fatanpur, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh, Case NO.148 of 2019.

2. This court does not find that there is any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings as offence against the accused-petitioners is pima facie made out. In view thereof, this Court does not want to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail and only prayer is that their bail application(s) should be considered in accordance with law expeditiously keeping in mind the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Criminal Appeal No.929 of 2021 (Aman Preet Singh Vs. C.B.I. Through Director).

4. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court within a period of 7 days and move application(s) for regular bail. If they appear and surrender before the trial Court within a period of 7 days and move application(s) for regular bail, their bail application(s) shall be considered expeditiously in light of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Aman Preet Singh Vs. C.B.I. Through Director (supra).
