This FAFO has been filed against judgment and order(interim award) dated 12.10.1995 passed by IIIrd Additional District Judge/Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Orai, District Jalaun by which application filed by the Claimant-respondent under section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was allowed and interim compensation of Rs.12,000/- has been awarded to the claimant.

Claim petition was filed in the year 1991 and the present appeal has been filed against interim award of compensation dated 12.10.1995. It is a very old matter and more than 30 years have passed and the claim petition must have been decided finally. Interim compensation awarded to the claimant is always liable to be adjusted in final award. No ground for interference is made out.

The appeal is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
