1. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition even in revised call. However, Sri Rao Narendra Singh, learned AGA is present

2. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of charge sheet as well as the summoning order dated 14.12.2021 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.914 of 2021, State Vs. Pankaj Tiwari and others, arising out of Crime No.704 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and Section Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Bikapur, District Ayodhya, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-III/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court within a period of ten days and apply for regular bail. Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners in accordance with law and also take into consideration the order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and others: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.
