Heard.

The petitioner claims that the investigation in Case Crime No. 0479 of 2021, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC, Police Station Amethi, District Amethi is not being held in a fair and objective manner.

The petitioner shall approach the Superintendent of Police, Amethi, who shall look into the matter, verify the facts and do the needful so as to ensure fair, impartial, objective and proper investigation in the matter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can approach the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate concerned in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 whereupon the Magistrate shall do the needful in light of the aforesaid decision.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of
