Heard Ms. Saloni Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sudama Prasad, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rakesh Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.

The issue raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 4.7.2022 as corrected vide order dated 14.7.2022. As such, nothing remains in the present petition.

The present petition shall also be governed by the said order passed in Writ-C No. 1000579 of 2001 (Hargovind Dayal Kayasth Hostel Society Vs. Dy. Registrar Firms Societies and Chits, Lucknow).
