Singh Kachhawah, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents jointly submit that the controversy is covered by judgment passed today by this Court in WRIT TAX No. - 918 of 2022 (Rohit Singh vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others) and, therefore, the writ petition may also be disposed off in terms of the said judgment.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid judgment in the case of Rohit Singh (supra).
