Shri Shyam Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

Present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 14.1.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur in Case No. 1022 of 2019 (Tassavar Vs. Mohd, Islam) under Section 125, Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur, whereby interim maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- per month has been awarded to the revisionist.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that in the present matter under Section 125, Cr.P.C., final order has been passed, therefore, he does not want to press the present revision and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

In view of above, present revision is dismissed as not pressed at the stage of admission.

Office shall return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned counsel for the revisionist, after retaining a xerox of the same.
