Heard Sri Amar Nath Dubey, learned counsel for the revisionists and Sri Anurag Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present criminal revision has been preferred for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.25, Barabanki in Criminal Case No. 6023/2021, State of U.P. Versus Shiv Kailash and others, pertaining to N.C.R. No. 56/2012, under Section 323, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Asandra, District Barabanki, whereby the discharge application of the revisionists has been rejected.
I have gone through the impugned order passed by the court below and also perused the record. I have also considered the arguments advanced by the learned A.G.A..
Learned counsel for the revisionists could not point out any illegality or infirmity in the judgment and order passed by the court below.
In view of the above, after having gone through the order under challenge, this Court comes to the conclusion that the same need no interference as there is no illegality or infirmity in the order under challenge, therefore, the present revision is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed.
