1. Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGA for State.

2. Applicant before this Court is complainant and this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the trial in Complaint Case No. 1421 of 2017, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura.

3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that trial under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is pending for last five years, which is against the direction passed by Supreme Court In Re: Expeditious Trial of Cases under Section 138 N.I. Act, 1881, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 325.

4. In view of above, the application is disposed of with the direction to Trial Court to take all coercive measures to conclude trial of above case expeditiously, taking note of above referred judgment of Supreme Court.
