1. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of Criminal case trial Case No.8778 of 2021 pending before the court of learned C.J.M., Lucknow arising out of Case Crime No.1383 of 2019 under Sections 419, 409, 420, 379, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and bailable warrant dated 20.07.2022 and summoning order dated 20.02.2021 as well as charge-sheet dated 11.08.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to surrender and apply for regular bail. Only prayer is that while considering the bail application of the petitioner, trial Court should take into consideration order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court by Friday i.e. 02.09.2022 and apply for regular bail. Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law and also take into account the order of the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
