The matter pertains to year 2004. It appears that by efflux of time either cause of action is no more surviving or for any other reason matter has rendered infructuous and that is why none is present to press this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands discharged.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move recall application, if the matter still survives.
