Heard Shri Ravinath Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Tabassum Hashmi, learned counsel for the Union of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition for following reliefs:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing/set aside the impugned list of disqualified directors, to extent that it includes the name of the petitioner Anju Singh (DIN-03366752) or

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing to the respondents to allow the petitioner Anju Singh (DIN-03366752) to use their Digital Signature Certificate and Director Identification Number, and

(iii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent's no.-2 to ensure the petitioner is not prevented from being appointed as Director of 'active' companies other than the defaulting company or

(iv) Issue an appropriate order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents, to allow or benefit granted to the present petitioner same as an Order passed by this Hon'ble Court in the Writ Petition No.12498 of 2019 on dated 16.01.2020.

(v) Issue any such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

(vi) Award cost of the writ petition.

At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instant matter is covered by judgment dated 16.01.2020 rendered by co-ordinate Bench of this Court disposing of a batch of writ petitions, leading petition being Writ C No. 12498 of 2019 (Jai Shankar Agrahari Vs. Union of India and Another).

Ms. Tabassum Hashmi, learned counsel for the Union of India admits that instant petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in the aforesaid batch of petitions.

Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 16.01.2020 in Writ C No. 12498 of 2019 and connected matters.
