The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 05.02.2014 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 6693 of 2014, Jugul Kishor vs. State of U.P. and 3 others and order dated 10.07.2014 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 3829 of 2014 (Jugul Kishor Vs. Sri Harendra Veer Singh District Magistrate, Banda.

From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.

In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.

In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.

However, in case, any relief still survives in the present application, the applicant shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the present application.
