Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.

The petitioner has preferred with the following prayers:-

"[I] Issue a order or direction to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to connect the Original Suit No.933 of 2011 (Jagdish Singh and others Vs. Vinod Singh) an Original Suit No.949 of 2011 (Sharda Devi Vs. Vinod Singh) and decide the same and also conclude hearing of both suits and also decide aforesaid both original suits with a common judgment within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matters are pending since 2011, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to consider and decide the both the cases in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties except upon payment of costs.
