About the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ)

Established in 1993, the Centre for Social Justice is an access to justice and legal empowerment organisation, fighting for the rights of the marginalised. Inspired by Freirean thought, CSJ has been active in more than ten States across India creating interventions using law as a key strategy for social change through an intimate engagement with grassroots realities. 

About the Position

We are looking for three dynamic leaders to join our team. We seek individuals who are not only technically proficient but also possess a “non-linear” approach to problem-solving and a deep belief in collective action.

Available Positions & Qualifications

1. General Manager (Operations & Strategy): Requires 7+ years of experience, strong financial acumen, and a process-oriented mindset to ensure organizational sustainability.
2. Capacity Strengthening Lead: A facilitator and strategist with 5+ years of experience. You will design and lead training frameworks that empower our internal teams and external partners across the access to justice sector.
3. Litigation Unit Lead: 5+ years of Trial/High Court experience. You will build case management systems and mentor a core team of young legal professionals.
