Roles and Responsibilities

This position will report to the Compliance Director Region APAC. Your key duties will include:

• Helping to drive internal investigations within the Indian sales affiliate, and the Global Business Services (GBS) unit in Bangalore.
• Conducting interviews in connection with individual investigations.
• Collaborating closely with the APAC Senior Manager Compliance and Ethics and Local Stakeholders on the efficient conduct of internal investigations.
• Coordinating with the Global Compliance Hotline in HQ where required.
• Support training and communication initiatives relating to local speak-up culture.
• Analyzing trends and providing input to the APAC Compliance Director and other Senior Stakeholders for continuous improvements of policies, processes, and internal controls, based on cases.

Eligibility Criteria

• A university degree, with a minimum requirement of a bachelor of science, in law, business, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with 2 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
• Experience in compliance-related functions is essential.
• Prior experience in the area of internal investigations is a significant advantage.
