An Act to repeal the St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds Act, 1956.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
- Short title.-This Act may be called the St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds (Repeal) Act, 2002.
- Repeal of Act 21 of 1956.-The St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds Act, 1956 is hereby repealed.
