About Modern Law College: The college was established by the Society in the year 2003 at Ganeshkhind, Pune-16 with an object of imparting quality based legal education.

About Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law: The college was established in the year 1979 when acute need was felt to enable aspirants from South Goa to pursue legal education without having to travel to far away Panaji for the same.

About the Event

Modern Law College in association with Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law is organising an International Conference on  Emerging Trends of Human Rights Violation: Contemporary Social-Legal Issues.

Human rights are “commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being.”
