S&R Associates is representing the Flipkart group in the acquisition of ANS Commerce, a full-stack e-commerce enabler that helps brands sell online. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
The S&R team is led by partners Rajat Sethi and Sudip Mahapatra, and includes associates Sarangan Rajeshkumar, Komal Parakh, Durga Prasad Mohapatra, Samyak Jain and Shreya Jaipuria.
