The Central Government of India has assented to the appointment of Justice Krishnan Vinod Chandran as Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Krishnan Vinod Chandran, Judge of the Kerala High Court, to be Chief Justice of the Patna High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
