The Allahabad High Court has issued a notice regarding preponing the summer vacation of the High Court and its subordinate court after considering the request made by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad to prepone the summer vacation in view of the high spread of Covid-19 in the State.
The Order dated 05th May 2021 issued by Allahabad High Court stated that,
“Summer Vacation in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, as well as its Lucknow Bench and its Subordinate Courts, be preponed and observed from 10.05.2021 to 04.06.2021 in lieu of 01.06.2021 to 30.06.2021 and the Calendars be treated modified accordingly.”
The Court has declared that instead of 1st June 2021, the summer vacation period will start from 10th May 2021 and will continue till 4th June 2021.
