The civil appeal bearing No.1205/2010 is pending in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay. We request the High Court to decide the said appeal as expeditiously as possible. Meanwhile, the ad-interim injunction order granted by the High Court on 1.12.2010 is vacated and the appeal is accordingly disposed of.
