This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 18th September, 2006 passed by the learned Single Judge of the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench at Nagpur, in Writ Petition No.2527 of 2006, by which the order impugned in the writ petition was quashed and set aside and the matter was remanded back to the Industrial Court for final decision making certain observations in the same.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after having been informed that the matter has already been heard in detail and is to be disposed of within two months, we dispose of this appeal with the direction that the said matter pending before the Industrial Court after remand shall be decided within one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order to it, without being influenced by the observations made by the High Court as well as by this Court.
Interim order stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. contd.
Learned counsel for the parties are directed to supply a copy of this order to the Industrial Court at an early date.
