At page 2, para 2 of our Order dt.19.02.2008, from sixth line onwards be read as under :- ".......now challenged before us shall stand modified.
Civil Appeal No.4258 of 2001 filed by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh will stand allowed except to the extent of relief granted by the Special Court in LGC No.72 of 1991 dated 29.09.1995. Thus the respondents will be entitled to the relief so granted by the Special Court in the said LGC to an extent of 552 sq.yards (equivalent to 461.53 sq.meters) and the appellant (State of Andhra Pradesh) will be entitled to 1282.47 square meters. In the event, the amount, as noted above, is not deposited within 4 weeks from this date, the order of the High Court shall stand set aside and this appeal shall stand allowed and the order of the special court dated 29th of September, 1995 in LGC No.72 of 1991 shall stand confirmed.
3. The appeal is thus disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs."
I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
