1. This is an application for transfer filed at the instance of the wife of the Marriage Petition No. 10 of 2006 filed by the husband, now pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gangapur City of Rajasthan to a competent Family Court having competent jurisdiction at Kanpur, U.P.
2. After the notice was issued by this Court, the parties have already settled their disputes and they have filed a joint compromise petition in the form of a compromise deed in this Court.
3. Since a joint compromise petition has already been filed by the parties, which is already on record in this Court, we dispose of this petition by remitting the joint compromise petition to the Court of Gangapur City of Rajasthan for passing necessary orders on the same. Registry is directed to transmit a copy of the joint compromise petition to the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge at Gangapur, Rajasthan with this order.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the application for transfer is thus disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
