Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 18.12.2025, passed in Special Sessions Trial No.01 of 2020, State vs. Phool Singh, by the court of Special Judge (NDPS Act)/District and Sessions Judge, Tehri Garhwal. By it, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Heard.
