1. Ms. Mamta Bisht, learned counsel for the revisionist.
2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. The instant revision was admitted on 29.12.2025, however, objections were invited on the bail application. Now, the objection has been filed by the State.
4. Though the revision has already been admitted but the trial court record has not been summoned.
5. Summon the trial court record.
6. Taking into consideration that the revisionist has been convicted and sentenced to one year simple imprisonment with the fine of Rs. 10,000/- under Section 409 IPC and now the instant criminal revision has been admitted, let the revisionist Sumit Chauhan be released on bail during the pendency of the instant criminal revision on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
8. The sentence and the penalty, as awarded, shall also remain suspended during the pendency of the revision.
9. Pending application stands disposed of.
10. List this revision for final hearing in due course.
