On 17.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioners in WPMS No.3447 of 2024. Therefore, the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners on the Delay Condonation Application (IA No.3 of 2025) and Restoration Application (MCC No.2 of 2025).

3. As per the report of the Registry, notice have been served on the respondents.

4. Respondents are not present.

5. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate, submitted that the said writ petition was listed on 17.07.2025. The said case was not marked by the staff of the counsel. The said mistake was bona fide.

6. Perused and gone through the record.

7. In the interest of justice, Delay Condonation Application (IA No.3 of 2025) is allowed. The delay is condoned.

8. The Restoration Application (MCC No.2 of 2025) is allowed. The order dated 17.07.2025 is recalled.

9. The Writ Petition (WPMS No.3447 of 2024) is restored to its original number along with the interim order dated 13.12.2024.

10. Notice are being issued to the respondents. Steps to be taken within a week.
