2. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned DAG along with Mr. Vijay Khanduri, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. The present criminal revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 05.01.2026 passed by 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Appeal No. 36 of 2025, whereby the appeal preferred by the revisionist was dismissed and the conviction and sentence awarded by the trial court was affirmed.

6. Summon the TCR.
7. Also heard on Bail Application (IA No.1 of 2026).
8. Learned counsel for the revisionist has pointed out that the revisionist has already surrendered and has brought to the notice of the Court, through Annexure No. 1 filed in support of the bail application, the jail custody certificate dated 01.02.2026. It has further been submitted that the revisionist is a 74-year-old ailing person, which fact has not been denied by the learned State Counsel.
9. In that view of the matter, the revisionist is released on bail during the pendency of the criminal revision on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
10. Bail application stands disposed of.
