4. Counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order dated 30.01.2026, passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No.232 of 2026.

5. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within a period of ten days.

6. List on 13.02.2026 along with WPSS No.232/2026.

7. Till the next date of listing, petitioner shall be allowed to continue on the post held by him

8. Interim relief application (IA No.1/2026) and urgency application (IA No.2/2026) stand disposed of accordingly.
