1. Mr. Pranav Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner through V.C.
2. Mr. Vipul Painuli, learned AGA for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the petitioner no. 1 and the respondent no. 6 are sister and brother respectively. In para 16 of the petition there is categorical averment that there is apprehension that the respondent nos. 6 and 7 along with respondent no. 5 may seriously prejudice the life and liberty of the petitioners by falsely implicating the petitioners. Hence it calls and interim order.
4. Respondent nos. 2 & 3 are directed to grant protection to the petitioners till the next date of listing.
5. Issue notice to the respondent nos. 5, 6 & 7. Steps be taken within three days.
6. Respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks.
7. List this petition on 9th March, 2026.
8. Urgency application (IA No 1 of 2026) and stay application (IA No. 2 of 2026) stand disposed of.
