3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of writ petition, petitioner has been given a regular appointment as an Assistant Teacher in a Government Elementary School. He thus submits that in view of subsequent development, the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
