Heard.

It is the claim of the petitioner that she is senior most faculty for the Municipal Post Graduate College, Mussoorie, but the charge of Principal has been given to the respondent no.5, who is junior to her.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that the respondent no.5 has already resigned and a new order of handing over the charge has been given to Dr. Sunil Panwar.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Dr. Sunil Panwar is still junior to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 seeks time to get instructions in the matter.

List this matter on 16.04.2026.

On that date, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 shall place for the perusal of the Court the statute of the University, which makes provisions with regard to the charge of the Principal as well as the seniority list.
