2. Mr. Kishore Rai, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondents. Amendment Application (MCC No.5282 of 2026)

3. Today the matter is listed on an amendment application moved by respondent nos.1 to 3 against the judgment and order dated 22.12.2025.

4. By means of this amendment application respondent nos.1 to 3 wants to incorporate the deceased against name of respondent no.4.

5. Learned counsel for the appellant himself submits that legal representatives of respondent no.4 are already on record.

6. In such view of the matter there is no need to make any amendment in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2025.

7. Accordingly amendment application stands rejected.
