This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the communication dated 06.02.2026, annexure no.1 to the writ petition, issued by respondent no.4-District Panchayat Raj Officer, District-Udham Singh Nagar, whereby the said Authority has directed the A.D.O. Panchayat, Block- Kashipur, District-Udham Singh Nagar to lodge an FIR against the petitioner the then Village Development Officer along with Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat-Barkhera Pandey Mohd. Sarfarj Alam and others.

4. It is pointed out by the learned State counsel that the order impugned has been passed by respondent no.4 on the basis of an order passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (P.I.L.) No.96 of 2022, which is still pending.

5. In such view of the matter Registry is directed to send this writ petition to Division Bench connecting with Writ Petition (P.I.L.) No.96 of 2022.
