3. Mr. Naitik Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the wife (Mrs. Manju Chauhan) submits that husband is not paying any amount as maintenance, despite the order passed by Family Court on 06.11.2025.

4. List on 24.04.2026.

5. In the meantime, all pending dues of maintenance shall be cleared of by the husband.
