Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 30.05.2025, passed in Original Suit No. 438 of 2021, Sri Vishal Vashistha Vs. Smt. Yashna by the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun. By it, the petition filed by the appellant under the provisions of Section 13 and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been dismissed. It is delayed by 26 days.
