2. Learned DAG submits that the jurisdictional SHO (respondent no. 3) has already extended protection to the petitioners.

3. In that view, the submission of learned DAG is placed on record, and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the submission made.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
