2. Learned counsels for the parties are unanimous that identical issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 995 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that present writ petition be decided in terms of the said judgment.

4. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel appearing for respondent do not oppose the prayer made by petitioner's counsel.

5. Accordingly, present writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in WPSS No. 995 of 2025.
