8. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that execution of proceedings is going on and he seeks four weeks' time to deposit the entire awarded amount, excluding the statutory deposit, with the Tribunal concerned.

9. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 31.05.2025 passed by M.A.C.T./District Judge, Nainital, in MACP No. 62 of 2018 shall remain stayed, provided the applicant/appellant deposits the entire awarded amount, excluding the statutory deposit, with the Tribunal concerned within a period of four weeks from today. (Stay application is disposed of).
