2. Mr. Devendra Singh Negi, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the caveator.
3. Ever since its inception from 23.05.2023, matter is being pending for one reason or the other, the matter was heard on 09.06.2023, but the judgment could not be delivered by the coordinate Bench of this Court.
4. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing of the order passed by the learned Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (S.D.) Rishikesh in PA Case No.06 of 2016, "Devi Prasad and another Vs. Ram Singh Pundir", whereby the release application filed by the Respondents under Section 21(1) (a) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972, has been allowed.
5. After going through the order-sheet, it transpires that the matter is yet to be admitted.
6. Admit.
7. List this matter for final hearing on 24.12.2025.
8. Learned counsel for the parties are requested that the adjournment shall not be sought.
