4. Petitioner has sought extension of last date of submission of application, pursuant to an advertisement issued by District Education Officer for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary School.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in WPSS No. 2028 of 2025 & another connected petitions, therefore, this writ petition also deserves to be decided in terms of said judgment.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of order dated 28.11.2025 rendered in WPSS No. 2028 of 2025.
