Instant appeal is preferred against the
judgment and order dated 06.03.2024, passed in Special
Sessions Trial No. 436 of 2019, State of Uttarakhand Vs.
Harjinder Singh Sandhu, by the court of FTC/Additional
Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO), Udham Singh
Nagar. By it, the appellant has been convicted and
sentenced under Section 354 IPC and section 9/10 of the
Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
The appellant seeks bail in this appeal.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the record.
3. This is an admitted appeal.
4. List on 13.02.2026 alongwith connected
matters.
5. Heard on Bail Application No. 03 of 2025
6. This is second bail application of the appellant.
His first bail application was dismissed on merits on
25.04.2025.
7. Having considered, this Court is of the view that
there is no new ground to enlarge the appellant on bail.
Accordingly, the second bail application of the appellant
deserves to be rejected.
8. The second bail application is rejected.
