Mr. Ravindra S. Rawat, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision under Section 438/442 of BNSS, 2023 is moved on behalf of the Revisionist to stay the effect and operation of judgment and order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Haridwar in Case No.421 of 2024, titled as "Smt. Rinki vs. Sukhveer Singh" filed under Section 144 of B.N.S.S.

4. Admit.

5. Issue notice to the respondents returnable within four weeks. Steps to be taken within a week.

6. Objections, if any, may be filed by the respondents within four weeks.

7. List this matter on 09.02.2026.

8. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of judgment and order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Haridwar in Case No.421 of 2024, titled as "Smt. Rinki vs. Sukhveer Singh" filed under Section 144 of B.N.S.S., shall remain stayed to the extent that the revisionist shall deposit 30% of the arrears before the court below within one month. In default of the same, the stay shall stand vacated automatically.

10. Stay Application (IA No.01 of 2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
