2. Amendment Application (IA No. 2 of 2025) has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking amendment in the prayer clause of the C528 application.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, amendment application is allowed.

4. Applicant is directed to produce the amended copy of the prayer clause of the C- 528 application during the course of the day.

5. Correction Application (MCRC No.1 of 2025) has been filed by the applicant seeking correction in the order dated 06.11.2025.

6. Correction Application (MCRC No. 1 of 2025) is allowed.

7. Accordingly, the 3rd line of paragraph 2 and 4th line of paragraph 4 of the judgment dated 06.11.2025, where "Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar" is written, the same be read as "Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar".
