3. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in both the petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPMS No. 1090 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed.

4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Authorities to send him for Revenue Inspector Training to Training Institute at Almora.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that pursuant to interim order dated 01.07.2025, petitioner has successfully completed the training, therefore, no further direction is needed.

6. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. However, it is made clear that petitioners, if considered for promotion, their result shall be kept in a sealed cover and the same shall be declared only when they are exonerated in the ongoing trial/departmental enquiry.
