Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chandel, learned counsel for the
petitioners and Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General for
the State of Uttarakhand.
2. Learned Deputy Advocate General on the instructions of
Chowki In-charge, Police Station Paiga Kashipur, District Udham
Singh Nagar submits that the first petitioner is not detained in any
Police Station and no complaint or FIR is registered against him. It
is also submitted that the second petitioner has also returned to
her parental home.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
