                                 CRLR No. 147 of 2021
                                 Hon'ble Alok Mahra, J.

Mr. Prakash Chandra, learned counsel for the revisionists.

2. Mr. Devendra Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. Mr. Pramod Bailwal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

4. The present criminal revision has been preferred challenging the judgment and order dated 10.03.2021 passed by learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, Haridwar in Case No. 246 of 2016, Smt. Kritika and Others Vs. Priyank Gupta under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby, the learned Additional Judge, Family Court has partly allowed the revisionist's application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and has awarded Rs. 3000/- per month maintenance in favour of Revisionist Nos. 2 and 3 each, a total sum of Rs. 6000/- per month. Revisionist seeks modification of the impugned order dated 10.03.2021 by enhancing the maintenance amount to Rs. 50,000/- per month for both the revisionist.

5. A Withdrawal Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) has been filed by learned counsel for the revisionist seeking withdrawal of the present criminal revision on the ground that parties have arrived to an amicable settlement, pursuant to which, they have filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the revisionist does not want to further press the present criminal revision.

6. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has admitted to the fact, as stated by learned counsel for the revisionist. However, he further submits that it is an admitted revision and could not be withdrawn at this stage.

7. Since, it is an admitted criminal revision and parties have arrived to an amicable settlement, this Court is of view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present criminal revision pending.

8. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal revision stands disposed of.

9. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
