The respondent no. 2 has been granted regular bail by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun on 22.09.2025 in the Second Bail Application (No.253 of 2025).

2. Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1.

3. Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate, has submitted that the applicant, a victim, has filed the present Application for cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent no.2.

4. Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate, has relied upon a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Abdul Basit alias Raju and Others Vs. Md. Abdul Kadir Chaudhary and Another", 2014 4 Crimes (SC) 561.

5. Mr. Akshay Latwal, Assistant Government Advocate, has sought one week's time to get instructions.

6. Time is granted.

7. Notice is being issued to the respondent no.2-accused. Steps to be taken within 24 hours.
